Returns and Replacements
If you are not satisfied with the ordered Product, you can return or exchange it within 14 days from the delivery date:
- To request a refund, write an email to customercare@giancarlobe.com indicating the order number;
- To request a refund, the product must be returned to us in its original packaging and must not show visible signs of wear or use;
- By email, you will receive the shipping courier's label to be affixed to the box. The cost of return shipping is free, therefore please note that GiancarloBe is not responsible for goods returned via an alternative courier service;
- Upon receipt of the returned product, the same will be verified by our staff, and if the conditions expressed in point 2 are not met, our returned service will communicate the request invalid;
- The refund will be made with the payment method used for the order;
- For orders paid by credit card, the refund can take up to 14 days to appear on the card statement. For orders paid via PayPal, the refund usually appears within 24 hours in your PayPal account.
To replace the product:
- The replacement of a product may be requested if there are obvious manufacturing defects and it can be replaced with a product of the same or higher amount, in the case of a higher amount the payment of the difference will be required;
- To request the replacement, send the photos of the product received to the email address customercare@giancarlobe.com. Our office will check the status of the product and send you a confirmation email;
- The product to be replaced must be returned upon receipt of the new product;
- By email, you will receive the shipping agent's label to be affixed to the box. The cost of return shipping is free, therefore please note that GiancarloBe is not responsible for goods returned via an alternative courier service.
