Orders and Shipping
Upon receipt of the order, we will arrange for delivery to the Courier for its shipment as soon as possible.
All orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy (1 and 6 January, Easter Monday, 25 April, 1 May, 2 June, 15 August, 1 November and 8, 25 and 26 December).
The delivery time starts from order acknowledgment, after which the product is prepared and shipped from our warehouse. During the sales period or in other periods of the year with a high number of orders , deliveries may be delayed.
Once we delivered your order to the Courier you will receive an email confirming the shipment with the tracking number with which you can follow the status. Delivery may take from 2-3 business days, up to 4-6 business days from the date of shipment. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 excluding holidays.
If you need to change your shipping or delivery information after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be changed if the order has already been shipped.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to force majeure , particular adverse weather conditions, customs issues or other circumstances beyond our control.
